How to design a Killer Touch Panel
When you combine all of the basic ideas and conventions that
we have discussed, you will soon find you panel designs taking
on a whole new looks. Just follow these simple steps and you
will soon be designing much more attractive pages.
 Gather
all of your design resources like logos and company colors
be fore you do anything.
 Select
your base color for your color palette. This could come from
a Corporate color or even a color pick from an image.
 Next,
create at least a three color - color palette built from your
base color.
 Assign
each color from your color palette a value. For example your
cool color(s) are for backgrounds (page backgrounds and/or
button backgrounds). Stick to your color palette!
 Follow
the C.R.A.P. design guide and judge everything on your pages
accordingly.
 Remember
- less is more. Avoid over stuffing your pages with every
feature that you can think of.
 Remember
that rules are menat to be broken so have some fun too!
Have fun and try newthings but always check them against the
rules of C.R.A.P.
